Ceremonialist • Fire Keeper • Embodiment Coach • Cultural Bridge
My main medicine simply is to be me. To be real and authentic. When I allow my true nature to shine, it invites others to soften into themselves, to meet their own truth, and to gently open the gates of their hearts.
I walk with cacao, sacred fire, energy-release Embodiment Yoga, and intentional jewelry creation — each of them a different expression of the same prayer.
My mission is to vibrate high with my unique light and to recognize that same light in every human being I meet. My prayer is that more and more people remember their inner magic, reconnect with who they truly are, and feel safe to express that essence in the world.
My work is rooted in Indigenous teachings, the sacred medicines of the Earth, somatic freedom, and community weaving — offering soft, embodied, heart-opening experiences for festivals and gatherings around the world.
01
A devotional heart-opening journey using ancestral cacao from Guatemala. Guided by prayers of Ixcacao, breath, intention, and medicine music, the ceremony creates a field of authenticity, unity, softness, and deep presence. Ideal for intimate circles or large-scale festival gatherings.
02
A traditional fire prayer inspired by Mayan lineages, honoring the seven directions, four elements, ancestors, and the spirit of the land. Includes offerings, intention setting, and communal remembrance. Creates a powerful opening or closing moment for festivals.
03
A dynamic somatic practice combining tapping, rubbing, bouncing, breath, and vocal expression to release emotional blockages and activate the spine. This work awakens vitality, clears the chakras, and liberates the body into deeper flow.
My cacao work was shaped through trainings in Guatemala with Mayan nanas and tatas, who taught me to serve cacao as a living prayer. Since then, I have walked with Indigenous elders across continents, guiding ceremonies and retreats that open the heart and reconnect people to their essence. In 2025, I opened the Guardians Festival with a cacao prayer held in deep devotion. Every ceremony I offer is an invitation into being soft and simple, being ourselves, being together with one another in love.
My fire path was shaped by Mayan elders who taught me to speak to the fire, and deepened through the teachings of the Mexicas, Lakota traditions, and the Wixárika tribe. These lineages showed me how to honor the directions, carry prayer, and tend the flame with devotion. I have since then organized three 2-month long tours of ancestral prayer in Europe and the Middle East, sharing its spirit and wisdom with many communities. Every fire I light is guided by these ancestral teachings and the living cosmovision that continues to inspire my work.
My Kriya Yoga work is rooted in somatic release, breath, voice, and deep presence. Over the years, I have guided this practice in retreats, ceremonies, and gatherings across Europe, helping people release emotional blockages and reconnect to the natural flow of their bodies. This kriya is a fusion of dynamic movement, tapping, bouncing, breathwork, and vocal vibration that supports the cleansing of the spine and the chakras. Each session is an invitation to return home to the body, to soften, and to awaken inner aliveness.
