I have plenty of days where
my mind is running a marathon,
competing with itself to see
if it can get even more entangled.

Really, I sometimes wonder
whether it will ever find peace.

And the answer is probably not :)
But that’s why I find my own kind of peace
amidst the craziest storms—
in this connection, in this intimacy with my own heart ♥️

No matter how cloudy the day,
stepping into the shoes of a bigger perspective
always makes my problems at least
slightly less serious.

And when it becomes a daily practice,
it’s so much easier to tap into this field
throughout the day as well.

Finding grace in the most uncomfortable sensations,
tethering my heart to the heart of the Universe,
and knowing
that I am always guided,
no matter how lost I may feel.

I hope this inspires you
to tap deeper into the intimacy of your own heart—
as a daily ritual,
as a moment of pause in between all the to-dos and noise ✨🫶🏼
