Ceremonialist & Fire Keeper •
Authentic Flow & Embodied Movement Facilitator • Cultural Weaver
My primary tool is presence — the practice of being fully real, authentic, and embodied. When I allow my true nature to be visible, it naturally invites others to soften, reconnect with themselves, and meet their own truth with openness and care.
I work with ceremonial cacao, sacred fire, energy-release yoga, Authentic Flow yoga & somatic movement teachings — each a different expression of the same prayer: to create spaces where people feel safe to feel, remember, and express who they truly are and what is alive in their bodies at that moment.
My mission is to embody my unique essence with integrity and to recognize that same light in every human being I encounter. Through my work, I invite people to remember their inner magic, restore trust in their own essence, and feel supported in expressing it in the world.
My offerings are rooted in Indigenous wisdom traditions, Earth-based ceremonial practices; embodied movement, nervous system safety, and presence practices; and community weaving. I facilitate soft yet deeply transformative, heart-opening experiences for festivals, retreats, and intentional gatherings worldwide.
01
A devotional, heart-opening journey rooted in ancestral Mayan wisdom from Guatemala. Guided by prayers to Ixcacao, conscious breath, intention, and medicine music, the ceremony cultivates a field of presence, authenticity, gentleness, and collective coherence. Suitable for both intimate circles and large-scale festival gatherings.
02
A traditional fire prayer inspired by Mayan lineages, honoring the seven directions, four elements, ancestors, and the spirit of the land. Includes offerings, intention setting, and communal remembrance. Creates a powerful opening or closing moment for festivals.
03
An embodied practice rooted in somatic awareness and nervous-system attunement. Through intuitive movement, conscious breath, sound, and gentle rhythmic stimulation, the practice supports safe emotional release, spinal fluidity, and embodied presence. Rather than forcing catharsis, it invites organic unwinding, energetic circulation, and a deeper sense of freedom and aliveness within the body.
My cacao work was shaped through trainings in Guatemala with Mayan nanas and tatas, who taught me to serve cacao as a living prayer. Since then, I have walked with Indigenous elders across continents, guiding ceremonies and retreats that open the heart and reconnect people to their essence. In 2025, I opened the Guardians Festival with a cacao prayer held in deep devotion. Every ceremony I offer is an invitation into being soft and simple, being ourselves, being together with one another in love.
My fire path was shaped by Mayan elders who taught me to speak to the fire, and deepened through the teachings of the Mexicas, Lakota traditions, and the Wixárika tribe. These lineages showed me how to honor the directions, carry prayer, and tend the flame with devotion. I have since then organized three 2-month long tours of ancestral prayer in Europe and the Middle East, sharing its spirit and wisdom with many communities. Every fire I light is guided by these ancestral teachings and the living cosmovision that continues to inspire my work.
My somatic work is rooted in somatic release, conscious breath, vocal expression, and deep embodied presence. Over the years, I have facilitated this practice in retreats, ceremonies, and gatherings across Europe, supporting participants in releasing held emotional patterns and reconnecting with the innate intelligence and natural flow of their bodies. This work is informed by my advanced training in Authentic Flow (300h), where I have deepened my understanding of somatic awareness, nervous-system regulation, trauma-sensitive facilitation, and embodied movement.
